Care tips for your Tulips

• Growth wonders: Please note that tulips in a vase will continue to grow (stretch) by a few centimeters. Therefore, choose a vase that is tall enough.

• Less water: Unlike most flowers, tulips do not like a full vase. A layer of 5 to 10 cm of cold water is sufficient. This prevents the stems from softening too quickly and drooping.

• Straightening up: If the tulips are a bit limp upon arrival, leave them in their paper or foil in the vase for an hour first. This allows them to hydrate and remain beautifully upright afterwards.

• Not with daffodils: Never place tulips in the same vase as daffodils. Daffodils secrete a mucus that tulips cannot tolerate, causing them to droop immediately.
