We currently deliver in the Antwerp region. You can check your zip code at checkout to see if we visit your area!
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You have complete freedom. Through your ‘My Account’ page, you can pause your subscription with one click (for example, for a holiday) or cancel it permanently.
When are the flowers delivered?
If you order before 2:00 PM, we will deliver the same day. You will receive a message in advance so you know when to expect your floral happiness.
What happens if I am not at home?
No worries! Our delivery drivers will leave the bouquet in a safe place at your door or with the neighbors, unless you have provided other instructions.
Can I also give a subscription as a gift?
Yes, you can! You can specify a different delivery address at checkout and even add a personal card to make it extra special.
