The Dracaena is one of the easiest houseplants to care for, but these tips will keep it in top condition:

1. Light: The Dracaena prefers a bright spot, but avoid direct afternoon sunlight (which can burn the leaves). Partial shade is also well tolerated.

2. Watering: This plant does not require much water. Allow the top half of the potting soil to dry out thoroughly before watering again. In winter, the soil may even dry out almost completely. Please note: Excessive water (wet feet) causes root rot.

3. Misting: It enjoys higher humidity. Mist the leaves occasionally with a plant sprayer to remove dust and keep the leaf edges beautifully green.
